Mustang flies EC-130 B4 ECO-Star helicopters exclusively. The ECO-Star is the most state-of-the-art tour helicopter flown in the world and offers the highest level of safety in the industry.

We fly the ECO-Star helicopter 120-130mph.
What is Mustang’s safety record?
Mustang has the same safety rating as its parent company Maverick Helicopters, since Mustang flies under the same certificate.
Where and when will I be picked up at my hotel?
Guests will be assigned a pick-up time and location at the time of booking. Guests will be transferred via our sister company, Maverick Helicopters’ shuttles.
What do I need to bring?
Guests over 18 must bring valid photo identification in order to board the aircraft. Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. Camera and video cameras are encouraged. Also, a water bottle and light clothing are recommended for hot summer months. Gloves, scarves, and heavy coats are recommended during winter months.
How many miles is the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas?
Las Vegas is roughly 75 miles from the Grand Canyon.
Can we sit in the front?
We can not guarantee or determine seating until the date of departure after all guests are weighed in. Seating is based on bodyweight and balancing of the aircraft.

Excursions require a minimum number of passengers to operate. Prices and schedules are subject to change without notice. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required; no-shows at time of departure will be charged in full and will not receive a refund. All times are approximate. Mustang Helicopters reserves the right to combine different length flights. Group terms may vary depending on booking time and number of guests. The maximum weight limit per person is 300lbs., while the total passenger weight on the aircraft may not exceed 1,250lbs (seven passengers). Guest over the weight limit will be required to purchase 2 seats. Children over 20lbs will be required to purchase a seat.
