Where and when will I be picked up at my hotel?
Guests will be assigned a pick-up time and location at the time of booking. Guests will be transferred via our sister company, Maverick Helicopters’ shuttles.
Can we sit in the front?
We cannot guarantee or determine seating until the date of departure after all guests are weighed in. Seating is based on bodyweight and balancing of the aircraft.

What do I need to bring?
Guests over 18 must bring valid photo identification in order to board the aircraft. Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. Camera and video cameras are encouraged. Also, a water bottle and light clothing are recommended for hot summer months. Gloves, scarves, and heavy coats are recommended during winter months.
How many miles is the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas?
Las Vegas is roughly 75 miles from the Grand Canyon.
Excursions require a minimum number of passengers to operate. Prices and schedules are subject to change without
notice. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required; no-shows at time of departure will be charged in full and will
not receive a refund. All times are approximate. Mustang Helicopters reserves the right to combine different
length flights. Group terms may vary depending on booking time and number of guests. The maximum weight limit per
person is 300 lbs. and the total passenger weight on the helicopter may not exceed 1,240 lbs. (seven passengers).
Guests over the weight limit will be required to purchase 2 seats. Children over the age of 2 yrs. will be required
to purchase a seat.

Yes, Mustang will charge a rescheduling fee of $100 per person for Grand Canyon tours.
What are the requirements for my child to qualify as a lap child, meaning that he/she may fly along with me on my lap without being required to purchase a seat for the child?
Your child must be under 2 years of age, weighing 25lbs. or less. Parents are required to purchase a seat for the child if both of these requirements are not met. Parents must have proof of child’s age at check-in we will accept passport or birth certificate.
I use an oxygen tank for medical necessity - can I bring it on my flight?
Mustang allows oxygen condensers and tanks as long as there is a clearly visible ‘D.O.T. Approved’ stamp or placard on it.
