e quick and effective feedback we received from Ernie, to the admin staff, friendly and accommodating. Now! Our pilot Rich, well, he was friendly and very professional , let's not forget very safety conscious and you knew what was happening all the time. The flight was "Fantabulous" (fantastic & fabulous in one). Rich gave commentary on the history, layout of the land and interesting insights into the area. Being a lover of choppers, I found the EC130's in impeccable condition and well maintained. After the flight and on terra firma, we received our Maverick photo (which will be treasured). Donna, who was very cheerful, then transported us safely back to our hotel with a smile. To all the guys at Maverick, thank you, you did make a difference.
